Jeff Burton gets the Pole, and that rules. He's locked in at 1st. Jeff Gordon is also locked in; he'll start first in his Gatorade 150 race, and is all set to start the Daytona 500 from Outside Row 1.
Jimmie Johnson's qualifying time was thrown out due to an illegally altered rear window. Terry Labonte was tossed as well.
Jimmie Johnson probably cheated on Terry's car so he wouldn't be the only one caught. What a sneaky snake. And I mean that in the worst way.

So nobody gets any points.

The Bud Shootout was washed away on Saturday Night, so it was to be made up on Sunday afternoon with the sun shining.
Let me tell you; pyrotechnics aren't as good during the day.

Bud Shootout Results (Unofficial):

2 #8 Dale Earnhardt Jr.
3 #20 Tony Stewart

Tony Stewart totally jobbed out. What a jobber. Anyway, Denny Hamlin gets the Win. And a Win is a Win.

That puts Dave in front with 150 points.

....

Oh, whats that? "Who is Dave?" EXACTLY!

Dave and Kristin are a Hot Shot pair who got their picks in yesterday prior to the event. Here are the rest of their picks:

Dave
Champ- Kvapil
Rookie- Stremme
Make- Chevy
Shootout- Hamlin
Daytona- GOrdonJ/Edwards

Kristin
Champ- DaleJr
Rookie- Bowyer
Make- Chevy
Shootout- Stewart
Daytona- LabonteB/Kenseth

So yeah! Be on the lookout for those characters.

That does it for this update. I'll be doing another update probably before you even see this one. Kick it!

Get ready for the Daytona 500 Qualifying Races! There are two races this Thursday, and another chance for you to get some Bonus Points! 75 points per race (thats like 3 poles!), and pick whoever you want! Good luck!

I love exclamation points!

Next Race(s): Gatorade 150s 2/16 2PM TNT
